The DS-160 form can only be filled out and submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC). Applicants must complete the form online; it is not available in paper format and cannot be submitted by mail or email. After submission, you will receive a confirmation page with a barcode, which must be printed and carried to your visa interview. Without the confirmation page, your visa application cannot be processed.
