To qualify for the Skilled Worker stream, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have a permanent, full-time job offer from a Yukon employer.
- The job must fall under TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 of the National Occupational Classification.
- Show at least 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience in the occupation.
- Hold at least a high school diploma plus any education or training required for the job.
- Provide proof of language proficiency at the required Canadian Language Benchmark level, depending on the job.
- Intend to live and work in Yukon permanently once nominated.
