To apply under the Yukon Skilled Worker stream, you must first secure a full-time, permanent job offer from an eligible employer in Yukon. The job must fall under TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 of Canada’s National Occupational Classification. You need at least one year of relevant full-time work experience, educational qualifications equivalent to Canadian standards, and proof of language proficiency at the required Canadian Language Benchmark level. Your employer must also meet program requirements, such as demonstrating genuine recruitment efforts and holding the proper business licenses. Once both employer and employee eligibility are confirmed, you can apply to the Yukon Nominee Program with all required documents.
