The general requirements for NTNP include:
- A full-time, permanent job offer from NWT (not needed for Business Stream)
- Relevant work experience and education
- Language skills (CLB 4–6 based on the stream)
- Legal status in Canada (if already there)
- Proof of settlement funds (if not employed)
- For Express Entry, a valid IRCC profile (CLB 6+ for skilled positions)
- For Business Stream, proof of net worth and investment capacity
