The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) requires applicants to determine their eligibility through one of its three streams before immigration: Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Skilled Worker Overseas, or the International Education Stream. To be considered eligible candidates must first create an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile. After selection you will receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) which allows you to submit your provincial nomination application. The provincial nomination leads to permanent residency application through IRCC.
