The eligibility requirements for each stream determine who can apply. Generally, you must:
- Be between 18–45 years old
- Have at least one year of skilled work experience
- Demonstrate language proficiency (minimum CLB 5)
- Show a genuine intent to live and work in Manitoba
- Have a connection to Manitoba or a job offer, depending on the stream
- Provide proof of sufficient settlement funds
