The application process for the Alberta PNP program varies depending on the stream:
- Express Entry Stream: You must first be in the federal Express Entry pool. Alberta may send a Notification of Interest (NOI) if you meet criteria. Once invited, you submit a provincial nomination application.
- Opportunity Stream: Apply directly through the AAIP portal if you have a valid job offer and are working in Alberta.
- Entrepreneur Streams: Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), followed by a Business Plan and Net Worth verification.
Note: Once nominated, you apply for permanent residence through IRCC using the Provincial Nominee Class.
