You may be eligible for renewal if your previous U.S. tourist visa remains valid or expired within the last 48 months. To renew your visa you need to complete a new DS-160 form and pay the required fee. When renewal through interview waiver is not an option you must obtain a new interview appointment and complete the standard application process for new applicants.
