You can include your spouse, common-law partner, and dependent children in the Canada PR application. You can also sponsor your family members, such as parents and grandparents, through a family sponsorship program once you are a PR holder or a Canadian citizen. The dependent children must be under 22 years old and unmarried and not have any children.
