The H-1B OPW Program is open to eligible holders of an H-1B visa living in the US. To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a citizen of a country who is eligible for the H-1B visa program
- Have a valid H-1B visa
- Be living in the US at the time of application
- Have a job offer from a Canadian employer
