The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) is for foreign skilled workers who wish to settle and work as permanent residence holders in Quebec. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria for the program are given a Quebec Selection Certificate or Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) that allows them to apply for PR.
