The number of times you can apply for the Canadian Working Holiday Visa or for any of the IEC categories depends on your country of citizenship. Certain countries may allow you to participate in the IEC a maximum of three times. Applicants from Croatia, Poland, Lithuania, Spain, Latvia, and Slovakia allow their citizens to participate only once.
