The Expression of Interest (EOI) system is a formal declaration of the applicant’s interest in immigrating to Quebec as a skilled worker. Once an applicant has calculated their eligibility score using the Quebec Immigration Eligibility Points Calculator, they can submit an EOI to the Quebec government.
